Kontio have reimagined both their design philosophy and traditional roof construction to create the innovative Sky roof truss. This distinctive solution gives our homes a striking architectural presence while eliminating the need for internal beams and load-bearing walls. The result is exceptional flexibility, allowing each floor plan to be tailored to individual requirements.
Every Sky House home and villa features a floating ceiling and minimal trim as standard, with all internal building systems discreetly concealed. Generous ceiling heights and expansive fenestration draw the eye towards the sky, enhancing natural light and creating an impressive sense of openness throughout the living spaces.

Modern architecture at its best and its looks are increasingly far removed from the humble log cabin, yet that basic connection of a tried and tested building solution remains unchallenged by every other method of construction.
