Mayflower was born after our two directors Mike and Lulu embarked on their own construction project over a decade ago and found the finance market limited and complex.
Experience
Mike had already spent 5 years as a mortgage broker when they begun to embark on their own self build, uncovering just how challenging it was to secure project finance even for someone in the industry.
Recognising the need for a specialist broker in this space, Mike and Lulu combined their personal experience with building, their professional expertise and a further three years of intensive training in self-build and development finance including Self-Build Insurance.
