Unlike the previous model (My House 147) this offering sees a more conventional layout, albeit with a 1.5 floor layout meaning that the two bedrooms upstairs are into the loft space.
The main bedroom is downstairs so it retains the prospect of being a retirement home, there is then a further single bedroom downstairs that could be a study with the two large bedrooms upstairs.
In common with the My House Collection windows are large making the entire range bright and welcoming.
